Anti-Discrimination Cell:

It is hereby certified that though an Office Order dt 10.01.2021, Institute of Sciences & Technology Management constituted a Anti-Discrimination Cell in compliance to the UGC Regulations, 2012 (Promotion of Equity in Higher Educational Institutions and Grievance Redressal) with the following members for promotion of equity in higher education institution.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Member of Anti-discrimination Cell:

• The Anti-Discrimination Cell has been constituted to safeguard the interest of students without any prejudice to their caste, creed, religion, language, ethnicity, gender, disability and to eliminate discrimination or harassment against any student in Institute of Science & Technology Management to prevent measures to facilitate punishment for those who indulge in any form of discrimination to promote equality among the students.
• The Anti-Discrimination Cell will receive complaints from the affected students in terms of discrimination of caste, creed, religion, language, ethnicity, gender, disability and conduct a proper enquiry, and submit a detailed report to the Management of the Institute for suitable action.
• The Chairperson of the Committee will conduct meeting once in every three months and send minutes of the meeting to the Management of the Institute.
• The Anti-Discrimination Cell ensures compliance with the above mentioned office order.
