The Academic Advisory Committee has been constituted for the overall academic functioning, monitoring and recommending the necessary guidelines for the overall academic development of the institute. The committee works closely with students, academic advisers and Academic Support Services in assisting students with the needed skills for academic success.

| 1. Monitoring the programs of internal reviews of learning and teaching |
| 2. Advise on priorities, directions, and new frontiers for education, research, and outreach. |
| 3. Suggest strategies to achieve the Institute’s goals. |
| 4. Offer guidance to the College on existing and proposed academic programs and research. |
| 5. Help in sustaining and enhancing the reputation of the College |
| 6. Recommend ways to improve and develop the training, and skills programs offered by the college. |
| 7. Provide a connection to potential internships/training opportunities for students, employment opportunities for graduates, and to potential research and service opportunities for the faculty. |
